Sonjoy Kumar Roy is an experienced immigration practitioner with over a decade of experience in UK immigration law. He is a Level 3 Immigration Adviser — the highest accreditation granted by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) — authorising him to provide immigration advice and representation, including representation before the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber).

He is also a Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEX) and an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. His work spans asylum, British citizenship, human rights, detention and business immigration matters, with a focus on practical, results-driven outcomes for individuals and businesses.
